Repeat Prescriptions

All prescriptions are computer printed with a copy on a tear-off slip. When you need a new prescription, the repeat slip should be returned to the surgery so that the prescription can be issued and checked by the doctor before signing. Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready for pick-up. Only tick items that are required and put the slip in the box in the foyer. If you are over-ordering an item, your request may not be issued.

Please bring some form of personal identification in order to pick up the information. Also note that other services mentioned on the link page ,such as on-line appointment booking and secure messaging ,are not available as yet but are on their way !
