There is a change happening in the way that patients' records are being made
available to health care providers outside the practice. This link provides

PRACTICE LEAFLET AVAILABLE IN
NEW FORMAT.
For those who have trouble with reading the
practice leaflet, there is now a version available on audio CD. If you could
use this yourself or know of someone else in a similar situation, then copies
can be obtained from reception at Grosvenor or Gresty Brook surgeries
WE ARE NOW A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE.
If you are travelling abroad
and need to be vaccinated against yellow fever, it is now possible to achieve
this at the practice. Simply make an appointment with our practice nurses who
will be abe to take care of all your travel vaccination requirements.
