A General Practice team does not develop overnight. Our practice has been in Crewe for over a hundred years and is well established in the community. Obviously Crewe, and also General Practice, have changed radically over the years. We have consistently been at the forefront of meeting the new challenges that these changes have brought to the delivery of healthcare.Innovation, however, has not taken away our interest in knowing the families for whom we care, many of whom have been with us for several generations. As a partnership of doctors, we have commited ourselves long-term to the practice. | very experienced practice nurses.We pride ourselves in seeking to create an environment where people can continue to grow professionaly and so enhance the service that we are able to provide.Needless to say, these factors have generated a stable, effective primary care team with excellent communication between its members. We feel passionately that it is in our patients' best interests that this locally based team is preserved and it is this passion that is the driving force behind the stance that we are taking |
